Run or walk along Burlington's beautiful lakeshore from Beachway Park to Spencer Smith Park. This is a family friendly event and a great chance to get outside & exercise over the long weekend. The 5k run will include a brief warm-up and all participants are encouraged to stretch & socialize at Spencer Smith Park after.

10 am: start at Beachway Park, end at Spencer Smith Park

Hosted 5k run or self-directed 2.5k walk - all paces welcome, running strollers welcome.
Please note that it will be a 1.5k walk from the finish back to the start/parking.
