We work at the intersection of motherhood and sports to dismantle systemic barriers and build an equitable society for all mothers to thrive.

We are shifting the narrative by spotlighting the realities of the Motherhood Penalty – the phenomenon by which women face economic, social, and health disadvantages after becoming mothers.

We use the public lens of sports to demonstrate how effective change can be made in an industry that notoriously does not support women in motherhood as a value-add to their professional track.

We are trailblazing the path for family-first infrastructure that supports women in their pursuit of motherhood and lifework.

We challenge stereotypes through research, education, and advocacy.

The FAM+ Club is a community designed exclusively for women on the journey of motherhood and their allies. Members have access to educational resources, expert-led programming, and community circles with moms we love to follow.
